Turn your evening bath into a sacred sanctuary. The Dreams & Tranquility Bath Blend is formulated to melt physical tension and soothe the spirit.

We have customized this blend specifically for bathing by removing the pungent Valerian root and replacing it with organic Lavender flowers. The result is a fragrant, spa-like experience that softens the skin and calms the senses through aromatherapy and absorption.

The Ritual: Place a large handful of the blend into a muslin bag or cheesecloth bundle. Drop it into your hot bath as it fills. Once in the tub, use the bundle like a sponge, gently squeezing the warm herbal water over your neck, shoulders, and chest.

Ingredients:

Blue Lotus (Nymphaea caerulea): Softens skin and calms the spirit.

Organic Lavender Flowers (Lavandula): Calms the mind and provides a soothing aroma.

Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris): Stimulates circulation and dream awareness.

Skullcap (Scutellaria lateriflora): Soothes nervous tension.

Ashwagandha Root (Withania somnifera): Restorative and grounding.

Note: Reusable muslin bag sold separately.
