Wednesday: You receive a mid-week Ritual Reminder to keep you on track.

Monthly: We recap your growth and prepare for the next cycle. Box members receive their delivery during the first week of the month.

Can I switch between tiers? Yes. You can upgrade to the Box or downgrade to Digital-Only at any time through your member portal.

Do I need the box to do the journaling? No. The Digital Guide is a complete mindset practice on its own. However, the box provides the sensory experience that helps anchor the lessons in your body.

When does the box ship? Moon & Roots boxes ship on the 4th of every month. If you join after the 4th, your first box will ship immediately.
