THE MEMBERSHIP RHYTHM

Regardless of which tier you choose, we move together.

Weekly (Mondays): You receive your Digital Guide & Journal Prompts. You start your week with intention.

Monthly (1st of the Month): Your new Asana & Meditation video unlocks in the member portal. (Box members receive their physical delivery during the first week).

Quarterly: We gather for our Live Empire Circle to reset for the new season (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I switch between tiers? Yes. You can upgrade to the Ritual Box or downgrade to Digital-Only at any time through your member portal.

Do I need to be experienced in yoga/asana to do the monthly videos? Not at all. Our asana and meditation practices are gentle, restorative, and designed for all bodies and experience levels.

What happens if I miss the Quarterly Live Session? All quarterly live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your Member Hub, so you can watch and practice on your own time.

When does the box ship? Moon & Roots boxes ship on the 4th of every month. If you join after the 4th, your first box will ship immediately.
