At Califah Empire, each product is crafted with care and intention. Because many of our offerings are wellness, personal-use, or consumable items, returns and refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

If there is an issue with your order—such as damage during shipping, receiving the wrong item, or another concern—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can review it promptly.

Approved resolutions may include:

• Store credit

• A refund, when appropriate

Items that have been opened, used, or altered may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety considerations.
